9/11 Memorial Shoot

The VMP was in attendance again with our vets at the Annual 9/11 Memorial Shoot, bringing the bigs guns and even drones this time. The Lahti Anti Tank rifle in .50 BMG was a huge crowd pleaser along with the demolition derby and a generously provided lunch. The VMP brought a huge selection of rifles and ammo for vets and attendees to try out, thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, including guns made by D&D Gunsmiths and finished by Blown Deadline.

Machine Gun Shoot

The VMP guys had a blast shooting a fantastic array of guns in Michigan this past weekend, including a huge collection of select-fire weapons, precision rifles built by our sponsor D&D Gunsmiths, and even a bowling ball mortar.

VMP Founder Frank was invited to shoot off the mortar, Director of Marketing Alex took down a moving cargo van with one shot, and all our invited vets had a great time trying out some guns and meeting other members.

Welcome to the VMP

The VMP has been active in the Metro-Detroit region since 2013, assisting vets fresh from frontline combat as well as those who have been home for decades or more. With our new website and board of directors, we are excited to expand our organization and help even more vets, whether local or across the country.
